Visit to Arizona!

The very next day after school was out, we all flew to Arizona. We had a wonderful time and did some really fun things. Time flew by and even though we did a lot in the amount of time we were there, there was still so many friends and family I wish I could of had more time to visit with.
It all starts though with going through Security at the airport and they confiscated CJ's suitcase to search and end up finding his 8" pocketknife that he brough along because we were going "camping". Chris and I definately had a "freak out" moment when the security guard pulled that thing out and was waiting to hear our response. CJ is so embarressed and hates it when I tell this story to people. Sorry CJ
My family all pitched in and rented a big cabin up in the pines, so we could all hang out together. That was a lot of fun! They had horses and quads to ride and a trampoline. Inside they had a big toy room, ping pong table, air hockey table and a pool table. The kids had a blast. Us adults had fun too! It was so fun to sit around at night when all the kids went to bed and we were able to just sit and chat and laugh with each other. It was definately the best part of the trip being able to spend that time with family all together. While we were up there we were able to get a family picture, thanks to my great sister-in-law! I'll post a picture.
Jon my brother-in-law recently got his aerobatics pilot license and took me up in a bi-plane and showed some pretty cool moves! As my kids would say "That was beast!" or "That was wicked!" or "That was sick!" However you say it, it was totally awesome and I had a blast! WE did loops and barrel rolls and flew upside down and dives. It was.......BEAST!
Lori my sister took the kids to this place with a rock climbing wall. They had a good time doing that. For some reason it is such a confidence booster to do something like that. At the very end she talked me into it. I have to say I was pretty proud of myself. I haven't done anything like that in probably 15 years. I made it to the top! My arms were shaking so bad I almost didn't make it. We'll just ignore that, out of the 4 routes to choose from, it was one of the easiest.
One thing I love about Arizona is they have some pretty cool city water parks for cheap. We had a good time in the sun. Chris and I also got to go watch Les Miserables at the Gammage and the last night we were there my family all got together and did a Luau at Lori's. We finished the night with a slide show and a game of Reverse Charades which was stomach rolling hilarious! Thank you so much to my family and friends for letting us stay in your homes and feeding us and coming up with so many fun activities! P.S. Okay when I posted, it mixed up my pictures and the one with the feet was after a day walking around at the zoo. They're feet were disgusting, I thought it was funny.
